Payment
You can make payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other credit cards.  We use PayPal for the payments.  You can read more about PayPal at http://www.paypal.com.

Shipping
We will ship the kit/book to your shipping address you have typed at the PayPal site. You may also change this address when executing your paying task at PayPal.
All kit/book orders will be mailed within 5 business days.
You will get the kit within 2-3 weeks as 1st class mail (type f mail), large and bulky

Pricing
The price of the kit or book includes shipment and handling costs.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit excluding shipping charges. To insure proper credit, your original receipt must accompany your return. Your merchandise credit is redeemable at any time. No returns or exchanges are permitted after 4 weeks from date of purchase. All returns must be in unused condition.
Please send your returns in a securely wrapped package, insured, to FredholmKnitting, S:t Paulsgatan 14, SE-11846 Stockholm, Sweden. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Password
When you have payed for the password, immediately it will be sent to you by email, from FredholmKnitting via PayPal.
