Review from
InterweaveKnit winter 2004
"Scandinavian knitter Fredholm has assembled a folk book that reads as a
knitting journal, text, photo album, and collections of patterns - all
revolving around and inspired by colorful traditional Scandinavian
knitwear. Patterns for garment in stranded two-color knitting and lace -
including a pattern for a wonderful
lacey tango dress - are shown side
by side with pieces on the history of knitting in Scandinavia, wonderful
photographs of knitted garments old and new, and a recipe for Very
Swedish Cinnamon Buns." ... page 9
